Chicago Blackhawks win 2-1!

Chicago Blackhawks defeat the Senators 2-1. Scott Darling with 33 saves. It was Darling’s first start since March 1. Duncan Keith and Richard Panik both scored for the Blackhawks.  Panik’s power-play goal late in the third period was his 18th goal of the season. Blackhawks extended their lead in the Central Division to three points over the Wild. Coach Joel Quenneville earlier today said there was nothing wrong physically with Corey Crawford. Quenneville just wanted to get Scott Darling a start. Darling was terrific tonight.  Winger John Hayden made his debut with the Hawks and had a pretty solid game. Marian Hossa also skated in his 1,300th career NHL game.
