The Chicago Bears draft Kutztown guard Jordan Morgan with their fifth-round pick. Mogran is a four-year starter at left tackle. He dominated Division II level of competition. He is strong and gets movement with run blocks. Sets quickly in pass protection, easily mirrors and anchors vs D-II competition. The Bears coached Morgan in the Senior Bowl in January. If the Bears don’t trade back into the draft, four of their five picks will have been used on offensive players. A 6-3, 309-pounder with 34 5/8-inch arms, Morgan was his conference’s Offensive Athlete of the Year and a finalist for the Gene Upshaw Award. As a senior, Morgan started all 11 games once again, finishing his career with 43 starts at left tackle. He was the team’s MVP in 2014 and a team captain in 2015 and 2016.
