Chicago Cubs beat the Phillies 8-3!

Chicago Cubs beat the Phillies 8-3! Kris Bryant hit a  home run in the first, Javier Baez hit a towering shot in the third and Kyle Schwarber also had three-run blast in the fourth. Baez tied a career high with four hits. He needed a double to hit for the cycle but settled for a bloop single in the eighth. Baez also had three RBIs. Jon Lester walked five and lasted only five innings, but Carl Edwards Jr. was very solid with two scoreless innings. Lester looked good after Aaron Altherr broke early off first base. Lester improved to 11-2 at Wrigley Field since the start of the 2016 season. He also improved to 7-0 against the Phillies in nine starts.
