The Chicago Bulls released their preseason schedule Tuesday morning. they’ll open up at the New Orleans Pelicans on Oct. 3. The Bulls will play six preseason games this year which is two fewer than usual. The NBA cut down on preseason games and moved the start of the regular season to October 17th. Single games tickets for preseason and regular season home games will go sale on Friday, Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. CT.
The Bulls also announced that they have signed guard Ryan Arcidiacono to a two-way contract. Arcidiacono helped the Vilanova Wildcats win the 2016 national championship. He was part of the Bulls Summer League team and averaged 5.8 points and 2.8 assists in 24 minutes per game. Arcidiacono is the second player who the Bulls signed to a two-way contract. Antonio Blakeney from LSU is the other player that’s on a two-way contract. According to the League’s collective bargaining agreement, Each team gets two spots on its roster for two-way contracts. Arcidiacono’s and Blakeney can both play for the Windy City Bulls, but can only spend up to 45 days with the Chicago Bulls.
